Being aware of them & abiding by them, is a

basic expectation from our students & parents,

as it helps us run our Centers smoothly.

Important things to know!

It is the utmost priority for us to make sure the students are safe ​while they come to Talent Hub & leave to their respective homes.

In view of that, wearing ID card is mandatory to enter Talent Hub ​premises. Once the student finishes his/her class, they will be asked ​to wait in the waiting area. They will not be allowed to leave the ​premises, unless the parent/guardian picks them from the front desk.

Calling or Texting on the Talent Hub phone numbers to send the ​kids outside or to the parking lot, will not be entertained. Kindly ​refrain from doing that. Also, kindly be on time to pick them up.

In case of loss of ID card, the student must buy a new ID Card.

Payment deadline for each upcoming month/term will be

on or before 1st day of the month.

For Example, if the fee payment validity ends by 31st March 2024,

pay the due for April 2024

• On or before 1st Apr 2024 -> Discounts applicable on courses as per policy*
  
• From 2nd Apr to 5th Apr -> No discounts for current month
• From 6th Apr onwards -> Actual fee plus 10% late payment fee

IMPORTANT:

Students with pending fee due will not be allowed to attend classes,

unless any special permission is obtained from Talent Hub Office.

For any feedback, queries regarding fee/class/progress-check of students, ​time slot changes, fee payment, purchase of books & dresses, leave application, ​etc,. Parents/Students are requested to meet with us during the following hours

• Between 9 AM - 4 PM (Mon to Sat)
• Between 8 PM - 9 PM (Mon to Sat)! Sundays are holidays.

Please refrain from meeting us during 4 PM - 8 PM, as those are the busy hours ​where we cater to the students’ learning & safety needs, and we may not be ​able to effectively help you with your query.

You may please fill out the Appointment Request Form so that we could get ​back to you on a timely basis and resolve your query swiftly.

The Institute shall remain closed on Talent Hub Holidays & Sundays as per ​the Talent Hub Calendar. If there are any unforeseen events, there might be ​changes in those dates & the same will be communicated through ​Common/Personal Texts or WhatsApp or Calls.

There is no compensatory class for session(s) missed by the students, except ​cases where the student has been through any medical condition that can be ​validated by Doctor’s certificate / prescription / medical report, or if the ​student has requested for rescheduling in advance, as mentioned below.

Rescheduling 2 sessions/classes per course per month, is allowed, provided, ​the Leave Application form is filled in advance (only for Music, Arts & Tuitions). ​However, the approval & allocation of the rescheduled class is entertained only ​if the minimum number of promised sessions per month are not covered in ​that month, and is subject to availability of slots. Talent Hub holds all rights to ​allocate or deny reschedule request, on a case to case basis.

• The refund is subject to the decision taken by Talent Hub management
  
• The refund (if applicable), is processed only for the future days (from the ​date of submission of the Refund Request form) for which the fee has ​been paid in advance.
  
• All discounts applied during the time of advance fee payment (if any), will ​stand cancelled, and the fee will be pro-rated for the actual value without ​the discounts, for the total duration (from the time of fee payment/start of ​classes for the term, to the time of submission of Refund Request form). ​The remaining value excluding any other pending payments, will be eligible ​for refund.
  
• The refund will be processed after 45 days from the time of Request, or ​after the end of term (whichever is earlier), to the bank account mentioned ​in Refund Request form. Kindly verify the correctness of the Bank Account ​details, as Talent Hub will not be held responsible for any incorrect data ​provided through this form or through other means of communication.
  

The policies mentioned above are subject to change without prior notice, from ​time to time, depending on the needs of the students, process and quality ​improvements & government regulations!

Communications sent through Mails or texts in WhatsApp or WhatsApp groups, ​carry important information. PLEASE READ THEM! Talent Hub shall not be ​responsible for your lack of knowledge (about policies or information), arising due ​to your ignorance to pay attention to the communication.

The discounts mentioned below, are applicable only for the group ​classes availed at Talent Hub Centers & not for other Class Options ​(such as Personal / Community / Colleges/ Schools / Online classes).

This is the discount based on the cumulative number of courses ​taken by an individual or a family (Father, Mother, Children).

This is the additional discount based on the number of months for ​which the fee is paid in advance, at the beginning of the any term.

To help students who are raised by single parent/guardians, or those ​who are differently abled, Talent Hub offers 50% off on course fee ​(cannot be combined with other offers) to eligible candidates. ​Request to kindly let us know if you would like to avail them based ​on the need.

The discounts are applicable only when the payment is made on or before ​the 1st day of the month/term for which your payment is due.
